Day 1: Road Trip To Bwindi Forest Park
An early morning breakfast would be a good idea before starting your gorilla trekking trip journey. The driver guide will pick you up from your overnight hotel and drive you to the countryside.

As you move have a look around to identify some other amazing primates like black and white colobus, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys, olive baboons and so much more. Thousands of birds flock the forest to enjoy the fruits, build nests all day long.

How can you leave Uganda without visiting the heart of the country. Kampala is the capital of Uganda with interesting points to visit like the Mengo Kabaka’s palace, the Kasubi tombs, the Uganda Martyr’s shrine where a number of Christians were bound into wood and burnt alive.
More places to visit include Bahai temple, Kabaka’s lake, Makerere University the oldest university in the country and so much more.
Day 5 Departure Flight In Entebbe
After gorilla trekking in Uganda and a day in Kampala the capital of Uganda, drive to Entebbe Airport to catch up with your flight back home.
Volunteer to stay behind in case you have any infectious illness that may be transmitted to the gorillas. They are very vulnerable primates that can easily catch human infections. They have about 98% human genes which brings them close to humans.
Wear a mask and carry a hand sanitizer as the covid 19 disease is not yet under control. Primates easily catch human infections so you need to do some SOPs.
Littering the forest distorts nature yet the gorillas feed on vegetation to survive. Try to carry all the rubbish back to a dust bins.
