Flying Gorilla Tracking and Wildlife Safari for 6 Days
Flying in to Bwindi forest national Park for a gorilla trekking and a Uganda safari to Queen Elizabeth National park is the opportunity to spend some time with the gorillas and other wild beasts. The long distance drive to Bwindi National park is shortened in one fly in tour.
DAY 1 – Flyin to Bwindi forest National Park
Early in the morning drive to Entebbe airport to catch up with your early morning flight to Bwindi Forest National Park. The flight normally departs at 7am so you must be ready for check in by 6am. The flight arrives at Kihihi airstrip where our English speaking knowledgeable guide will be ready to pick you and transfer you to your overnight gorilla trekking accommodation.

DAY 2 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park
Having taken your breakfast, head to the ranger guide station for briefing. In the company of your armed ranger guide, trek into the forest to start searching for the gorillas. The time of finding them cannot be determined since they keep moving from one spot to another. When you finally get to see them, you have to remember to stand atleast 7 meters from them. Take there photographs and proceed back to your over night accommodation.
DAY 3 – Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park getting into it through Ishasha Sector which is the home of the tree climbing lions. You must know that this is dependent on the conditions of the park because at times the bridges may break . Enjoy a game drive into the park where you may have the chance of seeing animals like the elephants, water bucks, bush bucks, leopards, buffaloes, hyenas, and variety of bird that roam around the park premises. DAY 4 – Game Drive and Launch Cruise
Rise up early for a game drive in the northern crater sector of the Park. You will spot a number of craters including Lake Nyamunuka which produces a putrid smell yet it is the natural animal hospital. You may spot lions, hyena, elephants, buffaloes, water bucks, bush bucks, leopards to mention but a few. Return to the lodge for late day breakfast. After lunch, head to the pier for a launch cruise here you will sail on Kazinga Channel. Its backs are decorated with a number of bird species including rare albertine endemics. Enjoy the amazing view of the Rwenzori ranges that are know capped. Return to the lodge and relax.
DAY 5 – Chimpanzee Trekking
Rise up early in the morning for breakfast and drive to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee trekking. The chimpanzees reside at the base of the gorge of the east African rift valley. They are residents of this park so you need to hike to the base to find them. This chimpanzee trek is quite strenuous in that at one time you need have to walk to the river were the chimpanzees hide especially during the hot seasons. . Return to the lodge and relax after this challenging effort.
DAY 6 – Return home
Having enjoyed your gorilla trekking and wildlife safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park, return home carrying only memories of your Uganda tour. You will drive home to experience the on land drive

A waterproofed backpack is vital for your camera because it may rain at any time without warning, water bottle to quench your thirst as you trek to see the mountain gorillas and snacks.
If not sure of your fitness, you may hire a porter for a small fee to carry your backpack and help you up the steeper slopes.
