Day 2 Game And Launch Trip In Queen Elizabeth National Park

Mountain gorillas are the key inhabitants of this pristine rain forest but there are other residents like Black and white colobus, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys, chimpanzees and others.
Over 350 bird species are so far recorded as residents of Bwindi forest including Albertine rift endemics. More that 200 natural tree species are thriving in Bwindi forest too.

Take breakfast early morning then head to the ranger station for briefing. The ranger guide leads the trail towards the location where the gorilla family was last seen the previous day. The trails of Bwindi forest are often wet, soggy and slippery at times due to the high humidity in the forest.
