Day 1 Road trip to Bwindi Forest Park
The driver guide will pick you from your overnight accommodation early in the morning to embark on a journey to Bwindi forest the prehistoric home of the mountain gorillas. The drive may be quite lengthy but integrated with lots of amazing scenery like the equator stopover in Kayabwe, rolling hills of Kigezi, meandering rivers, enchanting baboons long the way and so much more.
Arrive in the evening to check in your lodge and also get ready for the meeting with the mountain gorillas.

Packing your gorilla tracking gear in a light waterproof bag should be your number one activity upon rising up. After breakfast, head to the ranger station to meet other trekkers and listen carefully to the advice given on how to behave while in the jungle.
On the way, you may meet other apes like the black and white colobus, blue monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey, red tailed monkeys, plenty of birds roam in the wilderness, chimpanzees are also residents but not habituated for tourist viewing. The choice of what to see is yours to make as the forest is like a movie location because of the drama.
Finally while you get closer to the mountain gorillas, pullout your cameras and wait for the ranger guide to instruct you on what to do. He need to first establish the condition of the gorilla family as at times they may have lost a member and are sobbing or an infant may have been born and the family is one cloud nine.
Take photos for memories and return to the lodge to relax or there also other optional activities like visiting the Batwa pygmy community, a visit to the local hospital and others at an extra fee. However this is dependent on time taken in the forest plus your feeling.
Get up, enjoy breakfast, check-out of your room and your driver guide will drive you to Queen Elizabeth National park. Just like the way its name appears, this park is like the royal park as it harbors several animals like the lions, elephants, buffaloes, topis, leopards, variety of birds including foreign migrants the list is endless.
The park enjoys the fantastic view of snow-capped Rwenzori ranges that stand up-right providing a beautiful back drop. In case it is passable, drive through the Ishashe Sector the renowned home of the famous tree climbing lions, you may have the chance spotting some in the figs. Check into your accommodation

Day 4 Game Drive And Exclusive Launch Cruise
Get up early take some bites and some warm drink and head into the park to enjoy game as animals disembark from there overnight hide-outs. You may he granting hippos, meet buffalo herds, elephants, topis, Uganda Kobs, water bucks, bush bucks, elands, black and white colobus, grey cheeked mangabey, plenty of birds and so much more.
As you carry on the drive, you may notice plenty of crater lakes both wet and dry but the most outstanding is the Nyamunuka Lake with a putrid smell as this is the animals hospital.
After lunch, head to the pier for a colorful launch cruise on Kazinga channel. Several animals move to the banks of the river to quench thirst and also cool off the day’s heat. Birds flock ashore to enjoy a meal especially the water birds. You may also have the chance of seeing the shoe bill which is one of the very ancient birds in the world. Take photos and enjoy the sun as it hides behind the horizon. Sail back to the land and return to the lodge
Day 5 Road trip to Jinja
After staying in the jungle, pack your bags and head to Jinja the home of the source of River Nile. Drive through the huge Mabira forest which is home to several wild animals and birds. Check in.
Day 6 Visit Source of the Nile.
After breakfast, drive to the source of River Nile. Sail to the point where Lake Victoria water separates from River Nile Water. The drama at this point is so unbelievable. Head to the bungee jumping point or take part in quad biking the choice is yours to make. Drive back to Entebbe airport to catch up with your home bound flights
