Virunga Lodge

This lodge is placed on the volcanic hill top overlooking Lake Bulera and Lake Ruhondo. It is situated a few meters away from the Volcanoes National park boundaries but close to the gorilla tracking briefing area. Its premises are always visited by various birds and other primates like grey checked mangabey, vervet monkeys. Mountain Gorilla view lodge lies on the out skirts of Volcanoes National Park. It is suitably positioned close to the gorilla briefing spot in Kinigi about 1km away. It location provides opportunities for clearly viewing the Rwanda Uganda and D.R Congo volcanoes. It has specious en suite air conditioned rooms each with a mesmerising view of the surrounding vegetation. It runs a well stocked bar and restaurant that provide options of foods. The lodge has gorilla trekking gears like rain coats, walking stick, hiking boots, gloves to mention but a few that can be hired to facilitate your trekking

Sabyinyo Silver Back lodge

Sabyinyo silverback Lodge is placed at the foothill of Virunga Volcanoes. From the lodge compound, you enjoy the stunning view of the erected Virunga volcanic ranges and the thick Virunga forest. From the briefing point, the lodge is situated in a few meters. The Lodge boasts with 5 double cottages, 2 suites and 1 family suite all with wonderful décor. Being a cold area, the lodge is supplied with hot water from the heat exchangers and has 3 daily lit fire places to keep the lodge warm. It has a comfortable lounge, game room, a well stocked bar and beautifully organised dinning area.

Gorilla Nest Lodge

Gorilla Nest lodge is positioned at the bottom of Volcanoes mountains. The lodge is placed closer to the Kinigi the briefing point before gorilla tracking. The lodge is surrounded by eucalyptus trees that give it a stunning view. The lodge has Hannah cottages are suitable for a family or a group of colleagues.

La Palme Hotel

La Palme hotel lies is Musaze district close to Virunga national park which is the habitat for Rwanda mountain gorillas. It has 4 big suites that were elegantly designed, featuring great attention to local culture details.  Each of the guest rooms are air conditioned, self-contained with: WIFI internet access, 24-Hour Room Service, telephone, double bed, and satellite TV Channels and private bathroom facilities. From this Hotel, one can do a gorilla trekking safari and get to the briefing point in time.

Kinigi Guest House

Kinigi Guest House is placed at the foot of Sabyinyo volcanic mountain in Kinigi district. The guest house is basically budget and can accommodate about 40 guests. From the main briefing area, the guest house is in a vicinity of about 1 km. From the lodge premises, one can view the roaming birds, primates like black and white colobus monkeys, grey checked mangabey, red tailed monkeys and several others.

Le bambou Gorilla lodge

Le bamboo Gorilla Lodge is placed in the Musanze district close to the starting point of gorilla trekking in Virunga National park. The Lodge has 9 ensuite rooms and 1 family cottage. From the gorilla trekking point at Kinigi, Le bamboo is about 1 km. The lodge has a well stocked bar and restaurant, lounge area and a fire place that provides warmth in the lodge.
