Day 1: Head To Bwindi Forest For Gorilla tracking
Early in the morning, your driver guide will pick you from the overnight hotel and drive you to Entebbe Airport to catch up with your domestic flight to Kihihi Air Strip. This domestic flight takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You may also opt to book a charter flight that will take you at any time of your convenience to Kihihi Air strip.
You can also opt for a road trip and enjoy the enroute stops like at the Equator, view of Kigezi highlands similar to the alps of Switzerland. The road trip may take about 8 to 9 hours but very scenic.

Having taken your breakfast, carry your gorilla tracking gears, wear your mask and carry your sanitizer too.
Head to the ranger station for briefing and later follow your ranger guide into the forest to start searching for mountain gorillas. They are endangered species that is protected by UNESCO.
The only countries in the world that naturally host them include Uganda, Rwanda and D.R. Congo. About only 1062 gorillas are living in the entire world and half the number are inhabitants of Bwindi Forest in Uganda.
As you search, you may have the chance of seeing other primates like black and white colobus, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey, olive baboons may cross your way.
For keen birders, this is a double blessing as lots of birds linger in the forest and you may get to identify some rare species especially Albertine endemics.
Walk over a dense network of rivers and finally when you get to meet the gorillas, stay with them for about an hour.
You may get to see them feeding, napping in the vines, climbing close by tree branches, groom the young one. Watch the Silverback who is the commander in chief of the entire family take control of the entire troupe.
After an hour of taking photos and getting full view of the mountain gorilla family, return to the lodge to relax.
Day 3: Fly To Murchison Falls National Park
Having enjoyed your experience with the great primates of this world, head to Kihihi Air strip to fly to Murchison Falls National park. The flight may take about 1 hour.
You may also opt for a road trip through the lush vegetation of Western Uganda. Pass by the oil fields of Uganda. Arrive late in the evening and overnight in Masindi or with in the Park.

Day 4 Game Drive And Launch Cruise In Murchison Falls Park
Early in the morning drive to the Northern part of the park to enjoy game viewing. You may have the chance of seeing wildlife like Rothschild Giraffe, herds of elephants, lions, leopards, warthogs, water bucks, giant forest hogs, the list is endless.
Get back to the lodge for lunch and head to the pier to enjoy the fantastic Murchison Falls. On the way enjoy wildlife that enjoys the banks of River Nile, by pass huge schools of hippos, enjoy the view of the crocodile restaurant where drama happens.
As you get closer, you will feel a change in turbulence of the boat as water surface vibrates and makes a foamy appearance.
Finally when you get closer the boat will anchor and you get chance to enjoy the view of vigorous River Nile that squeezes through a narrow gorge and burst out to form a cloudy appearance.
The rain bow may form right before your eyes in case it is a bright sunny day. It forms a natural backdrop for photography. Return to the lodge and relax.
Day 5 Chimpanzee Trekking and Visit Top Of the Falls in Murchison Falls National Park
Rise up early morning and go for chimpanzee trekking. You may have the chance of seeing others primates like black and white colobus, vervet monkeys, olive baboons, blue monkeys, l’hoest and so much more.
Identify plenty of indigenous tree species that are protected by the forest, lots of birds also find home in Kaniyo Pabidi forest with the chimpanzees.
Finally when you get to meet the chimpanzees enjoy them as they may be de-nesting, start picking there breakfast, find where to spend the day and so much work.
Return to the lodge to relax.
Day 6 Drive To Entebbe Airport
After enjoying the African jungle, drive to Entebbe Airport to catch with your flight back home.
